Welcome to UI Publishing.

By accessing and placing an order with UI Pub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.

Acceptance: By accessing this website and/or purchasing products from UI Pub, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part, you are prohibited from using the site.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances will UI Publishing be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, data loss or profit loss) arising from the use or inability to use materials on this site.
Compliance: It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and restrictions regarding the use of this site and products.

Delivery: All products and services offered by UI Pub are delivered digitally and can be accessed through your dashboard. Physical products are not provided.
License Agreement: Your use of any product is governed by the applicable License Agreement. You must agree to the terms of the license before using the products.
Support: While support is provided for products purchased, support availability and response times are not guaranteed.

Third-Party Payment Processor: All payment transactions are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party online payment provider. UI Pub does not directly handle or store payment information.
Refunds: Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy. All sales are final after the refund period has elapsed.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. UI Publishing cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account information.
Account Termination: UI Publishing reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or for any activity that may harm the site or its users.

Modifications: UI Publishing reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and registered users will be notified via email of significant changes.
Continued Use: Your continued use of the site or products after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Copyright: All content on the UI Pub website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of UI Publishing or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the site or its content without express written permission from UI Publishing

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
